Manager/Senior Manager

As an investment professional at SAMRIDH Impact Solutions (SIS) in the Impact Investments team, your primary responsibility will be to mobilize private capital for high-impact enterprises in the health sector. This role involves sourcing mission-aligned enterprises, assessing their investment readiness, supporting capital raises, and engaging with investors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and relevant investors and stakeholders within the health sector. - Actively identify and build a pipeline of private sector enterprises in the health sector seeking debt or equity investments. - Evaluate identified enterprises from a financial and commercial perspective through due diligence and risk analysis. - Collaborate with enterprises to develop key transaction materials such as pitch decks, financial models, and valuation analyses. - Develop and maintain relationships with various investors to facilitate deal collaboration. Qualification & Skills: - Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, etc.). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, investment management/banking sector, fund raising. - Strong network of investor connects is preferred.
