As the Finance Manager, you will steer the financial operations of key commercial assets like Piramal Agastya and Piramal Towers, along with other corporate properties across India. You will deliver strategic financial oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a trusted adviser to senior leadership.

External vendors and Customers, Group entities

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 45 years of post-qualification experience. •Prior experience serving as a Finance Manager or in a similar leadership role in financial operations, Financials Statements preparation and closing •Ideally in the real estate sector or managing commercial assets. •Strong foundational knowledge of financial management principles within corporate park or large-scale commercial real estate domains.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Financial Leadership & Oversight: Lead day-to-day financial management of corporate properties including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, with a special focus on high-value projects such as Piramal Agastya and Piramal Towers. •Strategic Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial performance metrics across assets, identify areas for optimization, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiencies. •Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present high-quality, detailed financial reports and INDAS Financials Statements, budget plans, and forecasts. Ensure clarity for stakeholders through accurate, timely, and well-structured documentation. •Regulation & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Coordinate audits and support compliance with all relevant financial governance requirements. •Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—operations, leasing, development, and senior management—as well as external partners to drive strategic financial decisions. •Assist in review of Financials at Business level •Compliance with Listing Regulations concerning Accounts & Reporting. •Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines. •Experience of working in SAP. •Coordination with Internal Team for any data requirements and inputs. •Audit of Quarterly / Annual Financials Statements/ Tax Audit
