Role & responsibilities

• Portfolio assessments including demand/supply modelling & projections for our key markets; info that will drive land acquisition, geographic expansion, product innovation
• Strategic initiatives across the company or incubating and driving new business ideas; Sales plan strategy, propositions, payment plans, inventory management
• Support business and leadership through data analytics, diagnostics, and mitigation measures
• Operational effectiveness in sales across projects, with select scope of work being chosen for transformation activities.
• Key Partner Account management: Partner search and setting up strategic alliances across functions.
• Conduct feasibility for new businesses, markets or land acquisitions
• Creation of SOPs and its implementation. Handling Audit queries and answers across SOPs and process
• Handling and building the AOP plan with central strategy teams and other departments
• Target allocation to sales team and the respective verticals; Spend Analysis across Sales and Marketing budgets and its efficiency.
• Competitor Analysis, Pricing and Sales Ladder control
• Handling conflicts with departments such as Finance/CRM and Projects across the portfolio
• Managing the Schemes from Housing Finance corporations and its implementation
• Product recommendations as per current absorption trends
• Handling of all price promotion deviations and its requisite approvals
• Management reporting, reviews, MIS management
• Business Hygiene: Sales Center Controls, Dos and Donts

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in MS-Excel, Power Point

Experience in SAP, SFDC will be a plus

Good communication skills

Understanding of dynamics of Real Estate life cycle

MBA- with 4 - 8 years of experience in Strategy, Analytics profile preferably in Real Estate
