Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and analysis for SAP ECC modules FI, SD and MM.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Understand and align SAP functionalities with business processes to drive operational efficiency.
Manage the incident and problem management process, ensuring timely deliveries and clear communication with users.
Handle the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
Document business processes, issue resolutions, and enhancement requests clearly and comprehensively.

Preferred candidate profile

Work from Office role in Lower Parel, Mumbai
Prior Experience in Business Processes of SAP
Managerial Experience in implementation and upgradation on SAP modules
Experience with SAP ECC and SAP Hana (FICO preferred)
