Role: - Manager- Talent Acquisition (Sales)

Purpose:

The role - holder plays a significant role in being the People Brand Ambassador and in partnering with business and providing regular People interventions.

Main Priorities:

  • Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model.
  • Develop high-level strategies and marketing plans to grow service vertical, i.e. service and process strategies and campaigns
  • Have managed up-to

  • Prior experience of hiring in any domain like Insurance, Banking, NBFC & Fintech any
  • Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the recruitment industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
  • Induction training for new hires
  • New Hire assimilation
  • Managing Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives
  • Monitoring the approved HC against the offers/selections / exits/ onboarding to keep a proper check
  • Issuance of offers in defined TAT.
  • Driving Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Employee Communication & connect including branch visits within the region.
  • Handling Governance, Grievance Redressal & Conflict resolution.
  • Co-ordinating and managing all the Key Vendors to ensure all the set processes run smoothly.
  • Change Management & Projects.

Ideal Candidate:

Graduate or above with 07+ years work experience in a HR-Talent Acquisition in Sales hiring is must
