As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in project management and must possess a deep understanding of WFM tools along with extensive project management experience. You should have 5 to 9 years of experience in all stages of WFM, including Forecasting, capacity plan, roster & schedule. Your problem-solving skills should be exceptional, and you should be proficient in MS Office. Additionally, familiarity with various WFM software like Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX, etc., and databases is required. An analytical mindset with strong data collection and analysis skills is essential. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, should be excellent as you will be working in an individual contributor role. A graduation in any discipline is mandatory, and being a Certified Management Consultant is a plus. Flexibility to travel as per business requirements is necessary. Your key responsibilities as a Business Consultant will include: - Organizing and executing assigned business projects for clients based on their requirements. - Conducting initial assessments of problematic situations by meeting with clients and collecting information through various methods. - Analyzing and interpreting data to identify weaknesses and problems, understanding their causes. - Formulating recommendations and solutions tailored to clients" wishes, capabilities, and limitations, and presenting them in concise reports. - Developing detailed business plans for implementing small or radical changes. - Assisting clients in plan implementation and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. - Providing guidance on problems and issues as they occur and supporting project management from a business capability standpoint. - Acting as a business knowledge bridge between internal and external teams.
