MANAGER

Job Title: Manager Location: Noida, Sector 63 Company: Voltiro Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Supervise, guide, and support team members to achieve departmental goals
• Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to align company objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management
• Handle client communications, address escalations, and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or trading industry
• Knowledge of ERP systems or business management software
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to operations
