Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Salem. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support dealer networks, and contribute to strategic planning. Key responsibilities include performance monitoring, dealer coordination, support and management, marketing initiatives, customer relationship management, and ensuring service quality standards. The Manager will also play a pivotal role in facilitating the service and restoration operations of Royal Enfield motorcycles.

• Experience in dealer management and relationship building
• Skills in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and operational management
• Proficiency in marketing and customer relationship management
• Experience in service quality assurance and standards maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Background in the electric mobility or automotive sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
