As an e-Procurement Manager at Atos, your main responsibility is to plan, schedule, and lead project activities to achieve objectives within a specified period of time. Your project management skills will be crucial in organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance existing processes and tools and implement new ones. - Gather, plan, and lead implementations of enhancement ideas. - Work with stakeholders to understand the needs and set up goals. - Establish milestones and resources necessary to achieve project objectives. - Coordinate and communicate all steps of the project. - Support and manage all involved parties on each step of the project. - Manage testing activities. - Cooperate with business, procurement Teams, Atos IT, and Ariba on ongoing projects. - Be a Procurement representative in global projects led by other Teams. - Conduct an independent search of upgrade opportunities. - Manage e-Procurement Tooling & Efficiency SharePoint. - Maintain guides for admins and requestors regarding MyAtos application (catalogues, Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, MyAtos apps). - Train users regarding system usage (Guided Buying, Ariba Network). - Implement changes in the system. - Work on system issues. - Deal with escalation. - Support Admin Team (GB, ZP) in daily responsibilities (changes, issues, processes). Qualifications Required: - Basic to enhanced knowledge and experience with SAP MM and Ariba Procurement. - SAP MM experience with the SAP Material Management module, i.e. Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, Goods Receipt Notes, etc. - SAP Ariba some touchpoints with the SAP Ariba system, either as an administrator or at least as an end user.
