Key Responsibilities: Prepare order and stock sufficient levels of beverages and guest supplies until the next scheduled delivery of goods Set up bar for service as per restaurant guidelines, ensuring all utensils glassware and equipment are in place and in good working order Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet. Clean and maintain bar areas, equipment, work surfaces and storage areas (dry and cold) to ensure safety and sanitary beverage handling practice Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
