MANAGER

Work Timings:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (includes short break)
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:1. Service Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily café operations during both shifts.
• Ensure smooth customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Manage table allocation, order taking, and service flow between kitchen and service staff.
• Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all tables are clean, properly set, and ready before opening hours.
• Maintain discipline and grooming standards among service staff.

2. Staff Coordination

• Brief the service team before each shift regarding menu specials, events, and table reservations.
• Assign daily duties to waiters, bar staff, and cleaning personnel.
• Support staff during busy hours to maintain service efficiency.

3. Cash & Accounts Handling

• Maintain and update daily petty cash records for café expenses (milk, vegetables, small items, etc.).
• Submit expense bills with proper entries to the accounts department.
• Reconcile daily sales and ensure accurate cash and card settlement reports.

4. Stock & Supplies

• Coordinate with the store or purchase department for daily café requirements.
• Check opening and closing stock of service items (cutlery, crockery, beverages, etc.).
• Monitor wastage and report discrepancies to management.

5. General Café Operations

• Oversee cleanliness of café area, service counters, and guest restrooms.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Update management about daily operations, issues, and suggestions for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
