(Includes oversight of VTR Fuels, Bilimoria & Wine Palace businesses)

Location: Kharagpur, West Bengal, India
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month

The Group also operates VTR Fuels, Bilimoria, and Wine Palace retail ventures, forming a diverse business portfolio spanning manufacturing, fuel retail, consumer goods, and beverages.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and smart male candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Operations Head, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all group entities: VTR Fuels stations, Bilimoria retail operations, and Wine Palace outlets
• Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently to ensure seamless business flow
• Coordinate closely with sales, finance, logistics, procurement, and HR teams
• Maintain operational controls, inventory, compliance, and safety procedures
• Implement performance monitoring systems and drive continuous process improvements
• Regularly report performance metrics and strategic insights to the CEO and board.

Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, M.Com, M.SC)

Experience

10 -15 years in operations, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or multi-unit businesses
