Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Creation & Editin

  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard marketing and product-related videos.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including: Promotional product films
  • Event highlights and corporate presentations
  • Doctor/patient testimonials and interviews
  • Social media-ready content and product teasers
  • Create short, engaging video clips optimized for various channels including:
  • Internal platforms (Intranet, internal WhatsApp groups)
  • External platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Use animations and infographics to visualize complex medical/scientific concepts in a simple, engaging way.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all video content.
  • 2.Video Strategy & Campaign Integration

  • Develop a content calendar and video strategy aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Work closely with the stakeholder and teams to ensure video content supports broader marketing goals.
  • Adapt and repurpose video content for multiple formats, audiences, and channels.
  • 3.Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with product managers, medical affairs, sales teams, and compliance for content accuracy and approval.
  • Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of video projects
  • 4. Compliance & Revie

  • Ensure all video content complies with regulatory, legal, and medical standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Participate in Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) reviews and make necessary content revisions.
  • 5. Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor video performance using analytics tools.
  • Evaluate engagement and conversion metrics to optimize future content.
  • Present regular performance reports and improvement plans to marketing leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing,
  • Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in video production, preferably in the
  • pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video formats, ideally within pharma or health-related content.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut
  • Pro, etc.) and animation tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as FDA/EMA/GMP regulations and MLR processes.
  • Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and project management skills.
