Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager with a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification to join our growing team. A key requirement for this role is strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken, as the role demands frequent communication with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in Taxation will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts and regulatory compliance.
• Draft clear, concise, and professional communication, reports, and emails.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Lead meetings and effectively convey financial insights to non-finance teams.
• Oversee tax filings and support tax-related planning and documentation.
• Mentor junior finance team members and ensure quality standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Excellent command of English – verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Leadership ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred skills

• Hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax Compliance
• Experience preparing tax documentation and audit files

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
