Manager, Trust & Statutory Compliances

Job Purpose

• To manage end-to-end activities related to all the Pension Trusts & PF Trusts
• To deal with Beneficiaries, LIC, Subsidiary Companies of e/w Company's and other Stake Holders including 3rd Party Vendors etc.
• To ensure annual accounting, auditing and completion of all the statutory compliances by the Trusts
• To ensure all the activities related to Payroll Compliance
• To deal with 3rd Party Vendor for development and operation of Portal for Pension Trusts
• To manage operation of Retiree Portal to be developed

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure completion of end to end activities related to all the Pension & PF Trusts in respect of all beneficiaries including earlier Annuitants and demise cases etc.
• To collaborate with LIC and other Stakeholders, Auditors, 3rd Party Vendors from time to time for resolution of issues
• To liaise with other subsidiary Companies of e/w Company's for contribution of pension amount and further submission to LIC and also resolution of issues of its beneficiaries
• To manage all the annual accounting and auditing activities of all Pension Trusts and also ensuring Compliance of all applicable laws, regulations etc
• To collaborate with HR, Payroll and finance team to ensure seamless and timely submission of Pension subscription to LIC.
• To provide and maintain requisite data/details in respect of employees whose PF has been transferred to EPFO recently and also support in winding up of PF Trusts including liaisoning with EPFO
• To manage end to end activities related to the Portal for retired employees and resolve their queries and requirements

Additional Requirements:

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

• Pension & PF Trust Compliance Rate - % adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements for all Trusts
• Audit Completion Timeliness - Timely completion of annual audits for Pension and PF Trusts
• Beneficiary Issue Resolution TAT - Average turnaround time for resolving retiree and annuitant queries
• LIC Submission Accuracy & Timeliness - Accuracy and timeliness of pension subscription submissions to LIC
• EPFO Liaison Effectiveness - Timely support and resolution in PF Trust winding-up and EPFO coordination
• Retiree Portal Operational Efficiency - % of retiree queries resolved via portal; uptime and responsiveness metrics
• Stakeholder Coordination Score - Effectiveness in managing interactions with LIC, subsidiaries, vendors, etc.
