Manager - Training

The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent organization and project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, negotiate, establish cross-team relationships, prioritize tasks, and deliver against objectives. You will be responsible for strengthening internal processes related to communications, facilitator management, and reporting metrics while identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving the team to implement such projects. Additionally, you will design and facilitate training programs, ensuring timely delivery of batches and conducting training needs analysis. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop training metrics and performance dashboards, create training content, and manage knowledge effectively. You will evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions, lead training improvement projects, liaise with senior staff to address training needs, and organize continuous improvement programs for existing employees. Furthermore, conducting Train the Trainer (TTT) programs, designing leadership training courses, and collaborating with the L&D team to identify best-in-class learning solutions will be crucial aspects of your role.
