Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate end to end technical/Software training activities for internal employees Partner with business leaders to assess team skills gaps and implement targeted training programs for various experience levels Identify internal and external trainers for different technical/software trainings Develop and use metrices to evaluate training effectiveness and impact on business performance, preparing data driven insights Monitor and evaluate existing training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them Utilize multiple online training platforms for different trainings. Prepare reports for each learning program, database and training records. Revising, modifying, and updating training materials. Manage training budget Desired Candidate Profile Should have 7+ years of experience in Training and competency development Should have experience of coordinating software trainings for different level of employees Location: Gurgaon Excellent communication skills are a must Should be willing to work from office
