Role Summary

Training Program Coordinator

A background in teaching or mentoring is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Intern Management & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all interns
  • Manage attendance, communication, onboarding, and expectations
  • Maintain engagement through meetings, reminders, and one-on-one check-ins
  • Facilitate smooth experience throughout the 3-month learning journey

2. Coordination with Departments & Stakeholders

  • Schedule and coordinate sessions with DevOps, QA, PM, SRE, IT, FinOps, and other IAMOPS departments
  • Ensure each department provides curriculum, tasks, and trainers on time
  • Follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and session outcomes
  • Organize weekly rotation schedules and department-wise interactions

3. Training Content & Curriculum Operations

  • Manage and update training materials including videos, handbooks, labs, and assessments
  • Assist with curriculum planning and documentation
  • Work with leadership to standardize the

  • Track task submissions, assignment quality, and KPI dashboards

4. Assessment & Performance Tracking

  • Coordinate pre-internship assessments and monthly evaluations
  • Collect task scores, department feedback, and performance metrics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Support final placement decision-making with structured data

5. Program Execution & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure timely communication of tasks, expectations, and deadlines
  • Identify challenges and proactively troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain high standards of training delivery and intern experience

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (Preferred: Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Management, or Education)

Experience:

  • 2+ years of academic experience

    (college lecturer, professor, instructor, or training/coaching institute faculty)
  • Experience mentoring students, managing batches, or coordinating academic activities
  • Exposure to technical training or talent development programs is an advantage

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent coordination & follow-up ability
  • Structured and disciplined work approach
  • Ability to manage groups of learners across different skill levels
  • Comfort with documentation, reporting, and planning

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with IT/Cloud/DevOps basics
  • Experience using LMS tools, Google Workspace, or project management tools and AI agents
  • Understanding of internship or campus training processes
