Training Program Coordinator

As a Training Program Coordinator at Amura Health, your role is to oversee and enhance training initiatives, focusing on onboarding and specialized programs. You will coordinate training schedules, ensure seamless program execution, and evaluate training effectiveness to align with the organization's learning objectives. Responsibilities: - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, organizing orientation sessions and initial training, and ensuring all necessary resources are provided. - Coordinate and schedule specialized training programs, collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs. - Oversee the logistics of training sessions, including preparing materials, managing schedules, and tracking attendance. - Collect and analyze participant feedback, assess training effectiveness, and prepare reports to highlight outcomes and areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and learning methods, implementing best practices to enhance training initiatives. Requirements: - 3-4 years of experience in training coordination, program management, or learning & development roles. Experience in healthcare or similar industries is a plus. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Personal attributes include being proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and possessing strong interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.
