Role overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI Transformation Lead with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience implementing agentic AI systems to drive operational efficiency, decision intelligence, and autonomous workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge operations and advanced AI engineering, leading initiatives that embed intelligent agents into business processes, optimize resource utilization, and accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI Transformation: Lead the AI roadmap for Operations, focusing on deploying agentic AI systems to automate and optimize workflows.
• Develop & Integrate AI Agents: Build and integrate LLM-powered agents within core business systems (ERP, CRM, SCM) to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Optimize Processes: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation to improve speed, quality, and cost.
• Ensure Safe AI Deployment: Define governance, reliability, and compliance frameworks for autonomous AI systems.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Champion Adoption: Lead change management and training initiatives to drive adoption of AI tools across teams.
• Innovate Continuously: Evaluate emerging AI/agentic frameworks and prototype scalable use cases.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience: 8–10 years in AI, operations transformation, or automation engineering, with at least 1 LLM or agentic AI implementation.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool use, memory, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and languages such as Python, LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI API, Azure AI, or similar.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation projects that delivered measurable operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into business outcomes.
