Role & responsibilities

1. After receipt physical verification of raw material.

2. Physical material issue to PPC as per requirement.

3. Daily monitoring stock & reported to concern person

4. RM procurment from SSC for overalll RM requirement of Plant.

5. Maintain saftey stock levels at plant by ensuring timely triggers.

6. Act as a Single Point Contact for All RM requirements from SSC.

7. RM procurment from SSC for overalll RM requirement of Plant.

8. Maintain safety stock levels at plant by ensuring timely triggers.

9. Act as a Single Point Contact for All RM requirements from SSC.

10. Loading and unloading of dies for subcontractin as per PPC plan

11. Issuing RM to sub contractors on Annex - II under rule 4 (5) (a) for further processing and keeping track of goods and documents within the stipulated time limit.

12. Stock accuracy - physical vs book should be match all the time

13. Taking stock on monthly basis.

14. In warding material as per our schedule.

15. Focus on reduction of inventory.

16. Cost control by controlling excess issues and wastage.

17. In warding RM as per our schedule, excess material to be inward as per instruction of head

18. Material shortage and damage infom to concern supplier and rejected material send back to supplier with proper invoices.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Responsible for Raw Material receipt and ensure that the invoice Qty. and Physical qty to be accurate and inward material as per purchase order.

2. Responsible movement of offloaded dies and raw material to approved vendors as per PPC plan. RMGP control, RM reconciliation.

3. Responsible for RM planning & procurement from interunit plants as per press shop & BOP Requirement.
