Job Description

As an Account Manager in our organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic B2B clients. You will be expected to understand their business objectives and challenges in order to provide them with tailored solutions. In addition to account management, you will also be involved in prospecting and lead generation activities. This will include identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting market research, and generating leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Customer onboarding is another crucial aspect of your role. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive experience from the very beginning. Regular customer engagement is key to this role. You will be required to interact with clients on a regular basis to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address any issues that may arise promptly. Collaboration with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, is essential. You will work closely with these teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively. Monitoring account performance metrics and preparing regular reports for senior management will also fall under your purview. These reports will highlight key insights and opportunities for improvement. Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements is another critical aspect of this role. You will be expected to have excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Continuous improvement is highly encouraged in our organization. You will be required to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to enhance our account management strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in a B2B environment. A proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required.,
