Manager / Sr. Manager - Strategy (Founder's office)

Position Purpose:

Key Accountability:

• Tracking and Accountability:

  Manages the operating pace of the business, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and following up on critical commitments and decisions made in meetings to ensure follow-through across the organization.

• Financial perspective

  : assists with financial oversight and analysis to help executives make sound financial decisions. Collaborate with finance team on reporting & budget.

• Expense control and analysis

  : Identifying inefficiencies and offering recommendations for cost-saving measures by reviewing spending patterns

• Reporting and analysis

  : Compiling financial data and preparing reports for the executive. This provides a clear overview of financial performance and supports resource allocation decisions.

• Go to market strategy:

  Design market entry program, competitor analysis and benchmarking, Lead generation techniques

• Product research:

  providing actionable market intelligence to inform business decisions.

• Market and competitive analysis:

  Researching market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities. This gives executives the insights needed to make well-informed product development decisions.

• Input for strategic planning

  : Offering input and perspective on business plans, new product initiatives, and operational improvements, based on market research findings.

• Decision-Ready Briefings:

  Gathers, convert, and distills complex information (e.g., competitive analysis, board documents) into concise, decision-ready document, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for all high-stakes meetings with minimal pre-work.
• Work on Annual strategic plan aligned with companys expectation and business plan. Restructuring business model for cost optimization, whenever possible.
