As a Project Management Specialist at our rapidly expanding company in the fintech industry, you will play a crucial role in managing software projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include designing action plans to enhance productivity, controlling project costs, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, and overseeing and motivating software developers and team members. Your interactions with customers will be vital in aligning project objectives and achieving successful project delivery. You will report to the management/PMO function. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, Project Documentation, Project Estimation, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and hold a PMP certification. Proficiency in Scrum and strong communication skills encompassing problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
