Job Description

Responsibilities:

End to end payroll, audits & full & final settlements
Structuring payroll for acquisitions & compensation design
Annual increment planning for factory & corporate staff
Monthly statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Form16, etc.)
Insurance reconciliation or international payroll experience (Optional)

Key Skills:

Minimum 10+ years in IC roles, handling in-house FTE + blue-collar payroll for 35,000+ employees.
High-volume payroll (FTE + blue-collar)
Advanced Excel wizardry (VLOOKUP, macros, PivotTables)
Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems
Mandatory Kannada - fluent (spoken)
