We are seeking an experienced HR Manager) to lead the HR function for our Greenfield project. The role will focus on setting up HR systems and managing statutory compliance, employee relations, and capability building. In addition to core HR responsibilities, the candidate will play a key role in community development, CSR initiatives, and people management at the local level, ensuring strong engagement with nearby villages and communities.
The role also involves close interaction with local government bodies, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project and compliance with statutory and social responsibilities. Strong leadership skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust with both internal employees and external communities are essential. Prior experience in manufacturing/process industries and Greenfield/Brownfield projects will be highly valued.
