Job Description

To act as a strategic HR partner to business teams by driving people processes, organizational structure alignment, onboarding excellence, and employee lifecycle activities. The role will owning key HR initiatives that build culture, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with functional leaders to understand manpower priorities, HR needs and driving HR initiatives.

  • Support structure alignment across functions by identifying grey areas and role clarity needs.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries in HO and route issues to relevant HR functions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Support

  • Partner with business and TA to raise job requisitions, finalize JDs, initiate market mapping, and track hiring progress.

  • Maintain the manpower requisition tracker and support salary band review for new and backfill roles.

  • Coordinate manpower reporting: standard vs current vs gaps

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  • Executive onboarding experience for new hires at HO induction plans & stakeholder connects

  • Align onboarding SOPs and communication with all stakeholders.

  • Analyze new joiner feedback during the onboarding phase for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate content and circulation of internal HR communications.

  • Drive small culture-building actions to improve employee experience.

Performance & Review Support

  • Support annual and mid-year performance review processes by coordinating communication, tracking data, and ensuring timely completion.

  • Follow-ups on probation reviews and documentation.

HR Reporting & Policy Coordination

  • Prepare regular reports on attrition, manpower, productivity KPIs and cost analysis.

  • Assist in rolling out HR SOPs and ensuring adherence through follow-ups.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

  • 35 years of HRBP / HR Generalist experience in Retail / FMCG / E-commerce preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of manpower planning, data analytics, corporate role dynamics & HR business systems.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and data reporting.

  • Skilled in communication, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving.

  • Ability to multitask and independently execute in a fast-paced scaling environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential data, and work collaboratively.
