Job Summary:

A results-driven Marketing Specialist, focused on accelerating growth in the Aftersales Parts & Lubricants segment. Skilled in developing and executing strategies to increase sales, drive customer acquisition, and enhance retention, the role involves leading marketing campaigns, organizing engagement events, and promoting product value. With expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, digital tools, and customer analysis, the specialist effectively navigates diverse customer segments. Combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, they consistently deliver impactful campaigns to achieve business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Marketing of Genuine Parts & Lubes

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to highlight the value and benefits of genuine parts and lubricants.
  • Create impactful materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital content to support sales.
  • Align with product and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies meet business objectives and targets.
  • Support sales teams through training, tools, and resources for effective promotion of aftersales products.
  • Lead anti-counterfeit campaigns through education, industry collaboration, and awareness initiatives.

2. Customer Acquisition and Retention (Lifecycle Focus)

  • Design and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones across their lifecycle.
  • Use CRM systems to track interactions and segment customers based on behavior and purchase potential.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand customer needs and high-opportunity regions.
  • Run lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects into long-term, loyal customers.
  • Analyze retention data, run loyalty programs, and monitor competitor actions to stay ahead in the market.

3. Contract Facilitation and Management (Ring-Fencing)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer contracts that align with marketing objectives.
  • Ensure contracts offer mutual value while supporting long-term business relationships.
  • Manage contract renewals and explore ways to expand scope and offerings within each agreement.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support “ring-fencing” efforts by ensuring consistent contract coverage for key customers.

4. Customer and Operator Engagement Events

  • Plan and manage customer and operator meetups to build stronger relationships and engagement.
  • Handle event logistics, develop agendas, and ensure budget compliance throughout the process.
  • Leverage events to showcase products, services, and company values to targeted audiences.
  • Gather feedback post-event and use insights to enhance future experiences.
  • Strengthen brand presence and loyalty through strategic in-person engagement efforts.

5. Promotion of Positive Testimonials, Videos, and Content

  • Collect and curate testimonials, case studies, and success stories from satisfied customers.
  • Create engaging video content highlighting real experiences, product features, and benefits.
  • Distribute content via social media, websites, and email to maximize reach and impact.
  • Encourage customers to share their positive stories to boost word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Use authentic voices to build credibility and trust with potential buyers.

6. Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB) Promotion

  • Develop clear messaging that connects product features to customer-relevant benefits.
  • Translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure FAB messaging is consistently used across all marketing communications.
  • Differentiate the brand through competitive analysis and effective positioning.
  • Educate customers on why genuine parts and lubes deliver superior performance and value.

7. Digital Marketing Activities

  • Maintain an active presence across social media platforms and engage with followers regularly.
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to reach specific customer segments.
  • Optimize website content to improve visibility through search engines (SEO).
  • Run digital ad campaigns including Google Ads and social media promotions.
  • Monitor performance and adjust digital strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
