Job Title: Marketing Lead - Real Estate Projects
Exp1 : 8-12 yrs
CTC : Upto 25 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales Marketing:
- Develop and execute pre-sales marketing strategies to create buzz around upcoming projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project launch.2. Lead Generation: - Design and implement lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Optimize marketing funnels to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.3. End-to-End Marketing: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for projects, including branding, positioning, and messaging. - Manage project marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and campaign optimization.4. Campaign Execution: - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, events, and advertising. - Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.5. Performance Analysis: - Track and analyze marketing metrics, including website analytics, lead generation, and conversion rates. - Provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.3. Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
