E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces and websites, with strong skills in digital marketing, product listings, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, website, etc.)

• Plan and execute online marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Campaigns, etc.) to drive traffic and sales
• Monitor daily online orders, returns, and customer service issues
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to optimize campaigns and sales
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and sales teams for promotions and campaigns
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of products, images, and pricing
• Keep up with trends in online retail and competitor strategies
• Handle order management tools, dashboards, and coordinate logistics
• Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 23 years of experience in a reputed e-commerce company
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital advertising, and customer acquisition
• Proficient in tools like MS Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus
• Knowledge of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain in e-commerce
