Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments arrangements.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a PA/Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Email writing, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good Communication Skills.
