Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, handle calls, manage front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transport, visas, and itineraries.
  • Maintain travel records, track expenses, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Liaise with travel vendors for bookings and negotiate best rates.
  • Handle courier, mail, meeting room bookings, and basic admin Tasks.
  • Ensure a professional, welcoming front office environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Bachelors degree preferred; 2-3 years' experience in front desk/admin roles with travel coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of travel portals is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and ability to handle urgent travel changes calmly.
