Job Overview:

Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, handle calls, manage front desk and reception area.
Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transport, visas, and itineraries.
Maintain travel records, track expenses, and ensure policy compliance.
Liaise with travel vendors for bookings and negotiate best rates.
Handle courier, mail, meeting room bookings, and basic admin Tasks.
Ensure a professional, welcoming front office environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Bachelors degree preferred; 2-3 years' experience in front desk/admin roles with travel coordination.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of travel portals is a plus.
Professional appearance and ability to handle urgent travel changes calmly.
