We are looking to lead our online presence, drive digital campaigns, and strengthen our brand identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for conversions and cost efficiency.

Social Media Management

• Create and manage engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Design and implement monthly content calendars, reels, stories, and ad creatives.
• Grow followers, increase engagement, and build community trust through innovative campaigns.

Branding & Creative Direction

• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop promotional materials, infographics, and videos.
• Plan and execute brand-building campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital collaborations.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on KPIs: website traffic, lead generation, social engagement, and campaign performance.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Zoho (or similar CRMs) to measure success.
• Provide monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with counseling, admissions, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners for collaborations.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing staff or interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or branding roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in English (Gujarati/Hindi will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
