Walmart offers Indian manufacturers, brands and other potential online sellers an opportunity to expand their business internationally as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace (Cross Border Trade), where they could reach a growing market of more than 120 million U.S. consumers each month. This is part of Walmart’s efforts to expand its sourcing from India to $10 billion a year by 2027. Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) India team is hiring Manager, Service Partner Network to setup and expand the network of vetted third-party service partners who can provide expert services to sellers for enabling cross border trade business on Walmart from India. The services provided by these service partners will include imaging, cataloguing, marketing and advertising, compliance, accounting, logistics etc. The role holder is expected to demonstrate thought leadership, navigate ambiguity and frame strategy for building this service partner network in India. S/He will have the exciting opportunity to frame the strategy and GTM for this endeavor which includes building frameworks for identifying and onboarding the right service partners, designing frameworks/SOPs for partner operations, and setting up processes and mechanisms for review and continuous improvement of service partner network efficiency. The role holder is expected to operate independently in a nascent, ambiguous and fast paced environment and hence requires an entrepreneurial mindset. S/He will be expected to develop and manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Basic Requirement: - MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree -5+ years of partner management or channel management including recruitment of channel partners. -2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry. -Experience in independently analyzing & solving problems -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands -Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams -Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility -Advanced MS office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in cross-border e-commerce landscape -Program management experience -Strong willingness to learn new things preferred. -Strong ability to work independently and think critically and logically. -Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects. -Strong in data analysis Show more Show less
