Manager-Service Partner Network

Walmart offers Indian manufacturers, brands, and other potential online sellers an opportunity to expand their business internationally as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace (Cross Border Trade), where they could reach a growing market of more than 120 million U.S. consumers each month. This is part of Walmart's efforts to expand its sourcing from India to $10 billion a year by 2027. The Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) India team is looking to hire a Manager, Service Partner Network to establish and expand the network of vetted third-party service partners who can provide expert services to sellers for enabling cross-border trade business on Walmart from India. The services offered by these service partners will include imaging, cataloguing, marketing and advertising, compliance, accounting, logistics, etc. As the role holder, you are expected to demonstrate thought leadership, navigate ambiguity, and strategize for building this service partner network in India. You will have the exciting opportunity to develop the strategy and go-to-market plan for this initiative, which involves creating frameworks for identifying and onboarding the right service partners, designing SOPs for partner operations, and establishing processes for reviewing and improving the efficiency of the service partner network. Operating independently in a nascent, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment, you must possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders will also be a key aspect of this role. Basic Requirements: - MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree - 5+ years of partner management or channel management, including partner recruitment. - 2+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry. - Ability to independently analyze and solve problems. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Capability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands. - Capacity to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in initiating, leading, and managing projects beyond primary responsibilities. - Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the cross-border e-commerce landscape. - Program management experience. - Strong willingness to learn new things. - Independent work ability and critical thinking skills. - Experience in influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through project management. - Proficiency in data analysis.,
