Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team as a Manager / Manager- Office Leasing Advisory in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office leasing and advisory services.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the leasing process for office properties, including identifying potential clients and negotiating contracts.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and brokers.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing plans.
Provide expert advice on leasing-related matters to internal clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in office leasing and advisory services, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry, including current trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze market data and develop informed recommendations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools.
