Job Description

 
Business Development -
Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets (commercial office space)
These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
Research on corporates looking at starting operations / expansion through internet, news papers, cold calling and other sources
Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Mangers in the group
Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
Support Transaction Services -
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions
Preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with offshore teams and clients
Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

Key Skills
  • MBA preferred with work experience in similar field with experience of 8 - 14 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Should be a team player Must be fluent in local language and English
  • Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software - Market Link
  • Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date
  • Build, maintain, support and validate primary and secondary databases to be used to support our sales efforts and pipeline management for the region.
  • Ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
