Position Title:

Position Description

Employees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. They are involved in the entire software development lifecycle, including designing software architecture, writing code, testing for quality, and deploying software.
Full-stack software engineering roles developing all components of software, including user interface and server-side also fall within this job function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric solutions.
   
2. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies.
   
3. Assess application requirements to determine suitable technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
   
4. Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components, and interfaces.
   
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects.
   
6. Define and implement software test strategies, guidelines, and processes aligned with organizational and industry best practices.
   
7. Continuously improve performance and optimize applications while implementing new technologies for efficiency.
   
8. Apply programming best practices such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD).
   
9. Support security practices to safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization.
   
10. Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces.
    
11. Develop and maintain back-end applications such as APIs and microservices using server-side languages.
    
12. Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to enhance solutions and stay aligned with industry trends.

Experience Required

• 6+ years in IT
  
• 4+ years in development
  
• Proficient in two coding languages or advanced proficiency in one
  

Experience Preferred

• Strong object-oriented development background in Java/J2EE
  
• Hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, RDBMS technologies, and design patterns
  
• Experience in Spring Boot and RESTful web services development in GCP/CaaS platforms
  
• Strong UI/UX development skills with frameworks such as Angular, Vue, PrimeNG, AG Grid, and SyncFusion

Technical Skills Required

1. Strong object-oriented development background in Java/J2EE
   
2. Strong UI/UX development skills (Angular, Vue, PrimeNG, AG Grid, SyncFusion)
   
3. Experience in Spring Boot and REST web services development on GCP cloud platform
   
4. Familiarity with ORM frameworks
