Senior Software Engineer

• Design and Architect

  robust, scalable, and secure back-end systems and

  APIs

  primarily using

  Python (Django)

  .
• Lead the development and delivery of

  complex, business-critical features

  , including

  Agentic AI

  components, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Drive and enforce

  software engineering best practices

  (testing, code review, modularization) across the team to maintain a high bar for code health and maintainability.
• Provide

  technical leadership and mentorship

  to mid and junior engineers, guiding their development and increasing team velocity and competency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Front-end) to define

  technical specifications

  and perform

  system design/architecture reviews

  .
• Proactively

  identify and resolve technical debt

  and advocate for innovative technologies and optimal architectural choices to improve the platform's foundation.
