Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Person for Corporate Sales in our General Insurance (Non Motor) division. The role is based in Noida and will focus on driving corporate sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate insurance(non Motor), a strong sales orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Client Acquisition:

    Identify and approach potential corporate clients to sell g insurance products to corporate clients, including property, liability, marine, group mediclaim etc.
  • Client Retention & Relationship Management:

    Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients by offering solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of insurance services.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Generate regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and business development updates for senior management.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 3-5years of experience, with at least 2 years in the insurance broking industry in corporate sales.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of general insurance products, including property, motor, liability, and health insurance.
  • Sales Skills:

    Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage corporate client accounts.
  • Communication & Negotiation:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor insurance solutions effectively.
