Manager/ Senior Manager - F&B Operations

Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the team, ensuring the successful development and execution of conferences, events, and banquets, while meeting revenue goals. Oversee a variety of corporate, social, and banquet events in F&B operations, from hands-on execution of social gatherings, parties, weddings, and corporate functions, to managing large-scale events like F&B Connoisseurs India & EVA.

Specialize in identifying new business opportunities by partnering with leading brands, selecting ideal locations, and driving business growth through innovative menu planning and exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding both financial and service targets. Ensure flawless event execution, upholding brand standards, and prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Prepare comprehensive sales and event reports, including sales data, cost projections, and other key financial metrics. Negotiate and review contract terms with senior management prior to execution, ensuring all goods and services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.

Lead the strategic planning for both live and virtual events for Nesco Foods, covering conference services, catering, outlet sales, and pre-and post-conference activities. Establish clear goals, success metrics, and training plans for all team members in the division.

Act as the primary point of contact for the marketing team, overseeing brand marketing and promoting key brands, such as Daily Deli in Gourmet Crafts and event banquets, through social media platforms. Regularly meet with department heads to ensure alignment on priorities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure departmental responsibilities are fulfilled.

Provide strategic direction and allocate resources to clarify roles, ensuring successful event execution. Collaborate with other department leaders and external vendors to manage staffing needs and coordinate work assignments for events and services.
