Customer Master - Creation, Modification & Maintenance - Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional Trade, CSD & CPC.
Price & Material Master - Price updating for Finished Goods, MM Creation, Modification, Extension for All Plant and Trade (Nil error / no revenue leakage).
Schemes Master - Monthly update of Schemes Master as per approvals (NIL error - consolidated weekly report & review with sales team).
Zone: CFA Operations -> CFA Stock control, Expiry / Damage removal process, SMS / NMS liquidation follow-up (minimize loss).
Sales Support & Zone coordination - Billing support to CFAs, Exports sales billing, Monthly Stock accounting (batch modification).
MIS Database management - Monthly Reports. Internal & External Audit coordination for data and documents, query redressals.
Cross function - Finance team for statutory amendments, new IT initiatives & testing.
