We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive MICE Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in exhibition operations, liaising with vendors, coordinating logistics and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Event Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events, corporate offsites, conferences, exhibitions. Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; understand requirements and propose customised event solutions. Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiate with internal stakeholders logistics providers, and other vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services. Logistics & On-Ground Support: Manage venue arrangements, F&B planning, transportation, event materials, and staffing; provide on-site supervision where necessary. Budget Management: Prepare detailed budgets, ensure cost control, and manage billing and reconciliation. Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and insurance requirements for all events. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field 8-13 years of experience in MICE or corporate event operations Strong vendor network and experience Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office
