Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate segment.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase banquet facilities.
  • Customise proposals based on client needs and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and pricing.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in banquet/corporate sales, preferably in hospitality or events.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
