Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Host to join our team at Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and concierge, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve their full potential.
