• We are hiring an experienced

  Finance Leader

  to oversee the complete finance, accounts, and compliance function at our Rabale facility. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to

  manufacturing finance, costing, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting, month/quarter/year-end closing & IND-AS/IFRS compliance
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, audits & multi-location statutory compliance
• Drive cash flow planning, treasury operations & bank coordination
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control & SKU-wise profitability
• Implement batch-wise costing, BoM validation, yield & wastage tracking
• Handle inventory audits, vendor/customer reconciliations & credit control
• Lead statutory/internal audits & strengthen internal controls & ERP processes
• Mentor and manage the finance team for accuracy and performance

Preferred Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Inter CA / relevant qualification with

  10-15 year’s

  experience
• 5+ years in a

  leadership/managerial role

• Strong experience in

  food processing / manufacturing / plant finance

• Hands-on expertise in

  costing, audits, taxation & treasury
