Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Schneider Electric, your role involves achieving the sales targets for the year. You will be the One Schneider Organization representing all Business Units and promoting all products of Schneider Electric to OEMs, Panel Builders, End Users, and Contractors. Your responsibilities include managing and supporting all channels of Schneider Electric in the given territory, as well as engaging and coordinating with all Business Units to support local actions such as prescription, service support, promotions, etc. It is essential to increase the Schneider Electric market share and act as the one SE Brand Ambassador. You will focus on prescription and business development at OEMs, implement sales management strategies, and work on channel as Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in EEE/ECE/CSE. - Experience of 6-10 years in Switchgear, Automation, and switchgear products. As the primary location for this position is in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will be working full-time with an ongoing unposting date.
