As a Manager Sales - International Business at Neptunus, you will play a crucial role in driving aggressive growth targets and expanding the company's presence in the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors. You will lead sales growth, expand reach to new opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients, understand customer needs, and collaborate with various teams for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Sales Growth: Secure significant sales from engine spares, services, and engine management solutions in international markets, with a target of INR 50 crores in the 1st year and a 30% YOY increase. - Expand Our Reach: Identify and prospect new opportunities with key clients in different regions, focusing on various sectors including Marine, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, and Engineering. - Build Strong Relationships: Develop rapport with technical managers and actively engage with customer purchase teams to establish credibility. - Understand & Solve: Uncover customer needs, provide tailored engineering solutions, and handle objections and negotiations for high-value opportunities. - Strategic Expansion: Play a key role in expanding into new territories and building a robust customer database. - Collaborate for Success: Work closely with senior management, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Educational Background: B.E. Mechanical / MMS / MBA. - Experience: 6-8 years in sales, with a strong track record in prospecting, closing sales, and customer relationship management. - Industry Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience in selling engine spares/services within the Marine or Oil & Gas sectors. - Proven Performer: Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and adding new customers annually. - Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate complex engineering solutions related to condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. - International Exposure: Experience working with international customers and understanding diverse market dynamics. - Sales Hunter: Strong hunger for sales, growth, and closing deals, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Organized & Driven: Highly organized, process-oriented with strong follow-up skills, and driven to build lasting customer relationships. - Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software.
