As our Manager Sales - International Business, you will be instrumental in driving aggressive growth targets and expanding our presence. You will lead sales growth by securing significant sales from engine spares, services, and engine management solutions in international markets, with a target of INR 50 crores in the 1st year and a 30% YOY increase. Additionally, you will identify and prospect new opportunities with key clients in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe, focusing on the Marine, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, and Engineering sectors. Your role will involve developing deep rapport and credibility with technical managers, heads, and directors, and actively engaging with customer's purchase teams. You will uncover customer needs and challenges, providing tailored engineering solutions and effectively handling objections and negotiations for high-value opportunities. Furthermore, you will play a key role in expanding into new territories, building a robust customer database for the future pipeline, and collaborating closely with senior management, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a B.E. Mechanical / MMS / MBA educational background, along with 6-8 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in prospecting, need creation, follow-up, closing sales, account development, and customer relationship management. At least 2+ years of experience selling engine spares/services specifically within the Marine or Oil & Gas sectors is required. You should have a demonstrated history of consistently achieving sales targets year-on-year, technical acumen related to condition monitoring, reliability engineering, and predictive maintenance, and experience working with international customers. A strong hunger for sales, growth, and closing deals, coupled with excellent negotiation and presentation skills, is essential.
