Job Description

As a Manager Sales & Marketing at Prop Bros, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building client relationships for residential and commercial real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, references, and online platforms. - Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable projects based on budget, location, property type, and investment goals. - Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and investors. - Arranging and conducting meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients. - Collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional events. - Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in the CRM system. - Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. - Ability to build trust and provide client-centric solutions. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
